BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pricing
All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated) and are inclusive of breakfast in the hotels’ restaurants. Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current prevailing rate and local tourism levies, if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and mini-bar facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with us that you irrevocably authorise us to debit your credit or debit card (see 'Deposits and Pre-payments' below) for the amount of any shortfall. The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your confirmation number.

Availability
Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.

Children
Children in Baby Cots stay free of charge in parents’ room. Extra beds for children up to 16yrs of age when sharing with parents are available on request in certain room categories. The charge for an extra bed is shown at the time of booking and is inclusive of breakfast. We do offer child friendly menus and these are charged as taken.

Guests with impaired mobility
Killarney Hotels endeavour to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, special facilities include wheelchair adapted bathrooms, ramps and lifts in public areas. Guides dogs are welcome in all our hotels. Please check with your chosen hotel if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available at all of our hotels. Hotel rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager.

Health, Leisure and Beauty
Many of our hotels have leisure facilities on or off site (which are free for guests). The availability and range of facilities varies from hotel to hotel. Please check the availability and range of facilities at your chosen hotel when placing your booking. A charge will be made for the use of certain facilities such as beauty treatments. Your use of such facilities is subject to any particular terms and conditions applying at the hotel at which you have placed your booking. Age restrictions may apply to certain facilities and details of these are available from your chosen hotel.

Deposits and pre-payments
Deposits and pre-payments are not required for most of the rates featured online. However, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit or debit card. No payment is taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken on departure or in the event of cancellation otherwise than in accordance with our cancellation terms. See 'Cancellations and Amendments' below for details on cancellations.

Balance of monies outstanding
On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid debit or credit card the details of which will be held on file. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque supported by a current cheque guarantee card. We do not accept cheques drawn from an overseas bank account.

Cancellations and Amendments
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so more than 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night's accommodation charge to the credit card on file. Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our cancellation terms, we reserve the right to charge you for the first night's accommodation which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract.In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.
Besides, we want to inform you that the right to cancel the contract does not apply under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484 of 2013) for any bookings made through our websites.

Complaints or Comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to the General Manager, Killarney Hotels Ltd, Fossa, Killarney, Co Kerry, V93 KHN6, Ireland

Miscellaneous
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.Subject to the paragraph immediately below, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
