Complimentary for all hotel guests, the TechnoGym is designed to support every stage of your wellness journey, whether you are looking to maintain your fitness routine while travelling, enhance your strength and conditioning, improve overall wellbeing, or simply enjoy an energising workout.
The gym features a dedicated Cardiovascular Training Area equipped with the latest TechnoGym cardio equipment, alongside a comprehensive Strength & Conditioning Area offering an extensive range of resistance, functional training and free-weight equipment to support strength development, athletic performance and overall fitness. Complementing these spaces is a separate Fitness Studio, home to a daily programme of fitness classes designed to motivate, challenge and inspire guests and members of all fitness levels.
Our Cardiovascular Training Area features a wide range of TechnoGym equipment, including skillrun and excite live treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, upright and recline bikes, spin bikes, TechnoGym climb and vario trainers, as well as specialised rehabilitation equipment. Designed for all fitness levels, the range supports everything from performance training and endurance building to recovery and overall wellbeing.
Our Strength & Conditioning Area features a wide range of TechnoGym resistance, functional training and free-weight equipment, including a half rack, olympic barbells, dumbbells, cable stations and strength machines. Functional training equipment such as kettlebells and slam balls further enhances the training experience, supporting strength development, athletic performance and overall fitness.
Our dedicated Fitness Studio hosts a daily programme of fitness classes designed to energise, strengthen and restore. Classes may include strength training, conditioning, mobility, stretching and wellness-focused sessions led by experienced. All fitness classes are complimentary for residents of The Europe Hotel & Resort.
ESPA Membership offers exclusive access to Killarney’s luxury health, fitness, and wellbeing destination. The TechnoGym Checkup Station provides a comprehensive assessment of movement, mobility and overall wellbeing, using Wellness Age technology to deliver tailored insights and recommendations. Complementing this, the TechnoGym Kiosk, located in the Fitness Studio and offers access to guided workouts, personalised training programmes and connected fitness content, supporting guests and members throughout their fitness journey during and beyond their visit to ESPA.
