Lost & Found Policy

The Europe Hotel & Resort is not responsible for any item that is mislaid or left behind and cannot guarantee that all items will be found. If an item is found in a guest bedroom or within the hotel premises, it will be recorded and safeguarded for 90 days. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.

Please complete the enquiry form below including your Full Name, Mailing Address & Eircode to which the Lost Property item should be returned, Room Number, Date of Departure and a Brief Description of the item you are missing. The hotel will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your lost property enquiry.

If your item is found, the hotel will contact you to request credit card details for payment of the postage & packaging.

The hotel will return Lost Property items by courier service with a delivery charge of €10 to the Republic of Ireland and €20 to the United Kingdom. Delivery costs to other destinations may vary. Should you prefer to use an alternative postal method, please indicate using this form.
